BREAKFAST !!! The most hectic starting of a day for a mother and the most eagerly expected thing for the children. After bidding a goodbye to our bed the first thing that comes in our mind is "what i'm gonna have on my plate today". Frankly speaking even I also use to turn into a voracious on my breakfast table. Everyday we need something special in our breakfast....sometimes something sweet,sometimes something spicy. Cereals are good for our health but not for our taste buds at regular basis. So today i am gonna show you an awesome and easy breakfast recipe which I bet everybody will love to eat and specially mothers will love to make.....cause it saves so much time. ;-)
BESAN PANCAKE :
(serves one)
Ingredients :
1. 4 tbsp Chickpea Flour (besan)
2. 1/4 tbsp black salt
3. 1/4 tbsp salt
4. 1/4 tbsp asafoetida (hing)
5. 1/4 tbsp turmeric (haldi)
6. 1/4 tbsp cumin powder (jeera)
7. 1/4 tbsp coriander powder (dhania)
8. 1 finely chopped green chilly
9. 1/2 finely chopped onion
10. 1/2 cup water
11. mustard oil to fry
First mix all the ingredients with water and make a fine batter.
Now put the non-stick pan on the oven,put some oil in it and heat it until the oil is ready.
Next pour the batter into it and spread it equally with the backside of a spoon.
Fry both sides of the pancake until it turns into golden brown.
Serve it hot with Pudina Chutney or Sauce. You can garnish it with coriander leaves or anything you like.
